- Had lots of fun with enrichment activities this week. Monday morning was a breakfast/garden tour at our new RS President's house. Something about being out in a beautiful garden on a beautiful summer morning is so good for the spirit! Tuesday we met at our new Bishop's house we made bread (it turned out pretty well and Rusty thinks I should make it every day. In my dreams I'd have that much free time!!) and Bishop Talbot made potatoes and cajun chicken and cobbler in dutch ovens. Yum!
- Wednesday Marci organized a playgroup at the creek in Greer. I'm always amazed at Matthew, who is a little bit timid, when he gets near a creek. He was soaking wet and had a ball. He carried around this weird looking stick and his hair was drying in kind of an odd formation, and we all thought he looked like some strange creature from Lord of the Rings!
- Thursday my friends from Luna came over and we hung out for a while and then we went to the DQ. What an exciting girls night out in a little hick town! It was good to catch up with them.
- Saturday I spent the morning helping out with the baptism of one of my Primary boys. Then I spent some time trying to get my own little darlings to help with the Saturday chores. To save my children's lives :-), my mom and Andra took me away to Show Low to see Mamma Mia. Loved it. Wasn't going to see it, but I'm glad I did! Thanks, mom! Lots of fun.
- Now to the little white lies part. Sometimes we'll have an argument between one of the older kids and Nathan. They'll say, "he's lying mom!", and then I answer that he doesn't know how to lie yet. Wrong! He's getting pretty creative at it. Two examples: Sunday afternoon I'm making dinner and he comes in with my eyeliner all over his left eye and eyebrow. "Mom," he says, "I was wrestling in the living room and I got a black eye." "Really? Looks like you've been into my makeup drawer." "Yep, I have. No, I mean I was wrestling and I got a black eye. Now can you get it off?" The next example is not for you to read if your children are nice and civilized. I opened the carport door to go out, and see a puddle all down the stairs and on the carport. "What is that?!" I scream. "Nathan did you pee outside?" "Yep." So I proceed to lecture, but he stops me and says, "Just kidding. It's rain."

Love the white lies! Who is your new RS Prez?
I am glad we got to go see Pierce Brosnan sing??? That was bad news but really funny!!! Love your concert list. (Didn't know I am such a trend setter!) Did you go see ShaNaNa at the Dome? That one didn't make it to my list. It doesn't count as a concert if Bowser wasn't there!
