the last week of summer

I try to do this weekly update because I seriously have to rack my 34 year old brain to even remember what happened last week! Is it lack of sleep or alzheimers?! It's so nice to look back through my blog archives and remember things that have happened- and see that we really have a pretty good life!!

matt's friend picnic, trip to Show Low for school clothes (since when does Sam get his clothes out of the JUNIORS department?! And since when did everybody get so picky and actually want to choose their own clothes?!), playing with friends, our neighbor's baptism (this guy's been smoking since he was twelve, and he quit pretty much cold turkey so he could be baptized. I can't imagine how hard that must be and really admire him for it. Heavenly Father really does help us obey), Rusty heads off to California for 2+ weeks. And those are the highlights!
