We live right off of main street, so last year we left our traditional "Park/Rhoton/Choate Parade Corner" (by the bank) and watched the parade on a nice, shady, grassy spot in front of the stake center. It was nice, but just didn't feel right somehow. So this year we went back to our old dusty, sunny corner with the Andra and the Rhotons, and all was right with the world again!
The blackhawks that flew over the parade route were just amazing. Marci has a really cool picture of it on her blog that I might have to steal!
Rusty and the kids. I think every four wheeler in the world is in Round Valley on the 4th of July!
On Thursday night we went to be thinking that Jay, Christy, and River weren't coming and we were all pretty bummed. The kids just screamed when we got to my mom's house Friday morning and there was River playing on the living room floor! We're so glad they came!
