My plane got in around 12:30, and I hopped in the car to come home for Katie and DJ's piano recital and Sam's band concert, which of course were at the same time! The kids played the piano first in the recital and we left to get to the auditorium to hear Sam play his trumpet. He goes to Jazz Band before school every other day and really enjoys it. They sounded pretty good!
