March 16- Matthew turned six last Sunday. He was battling a nasty case of strep throat, so didn't feel all that great. The "party" started with a major meltdown. He loaded up his presents, ran to his room, and opened them up all by himself! He cheered up enough to come in and bash around the chicken little pinata and blow out his candles. Here are six things we love about Matthew:
1. He always lets us know exactly how he's feeling (ok- sometimes that is not so pleasant!)
2. He's learning to read really well and loves to do school work.
3. We love the way he dances (see post below)
4. He always picks flowers for mom.
5. Whenever I ask him, "How come I love you so much?", he always answers, "Because I'm so sweet!"
6. He is funny and clever and smart and imaginative and just so cute!
