Friday, October 12 was the "anniversary" of the day our Mom and Grandma Yvonne passed away. The headstone arrived the day before, so some of us went to the cemetery to watch it be placed on the ground. Here's a picture of Rusty's dad (must be weird to see your name on a headstone!). The next day, all of Rusty's sisters and his brother came to Eagar. We wrote messages on different colored balloons and then let them go. I loved what DJ wrote- it summed up the feeling of all of us. It has been a hard year. I think we all feel just a little bit better to have passed that milestone. We miss her, but feel so very blessed that we were able to be part of her family on this earth, and for all eternity.
